Natural Fibers vs. Man-Made

We exclusively recommend natural fibers — wool, silk, cashmere, linen, and cotton. Natural fibers breathe, drape beautifully, age gracefully, and provide unmatched comfort. Man-made fibers like polyester do not breathe, trap heat, and lack the elegance and longevity of natural materials. Natural fibers will always be more expensive because they come from nature, not a factory. This is an investment in quality, comfort, and timeless style.

Understanding Super / Superfine Wool

The term 'Super' or 'Superfine' refers to the fineness and quality of wool fiber, measured by thread count. This number indicates how thin and refined each wool fiber is. Super 100's is our entry level — durable and elegant. Super 130's is our most recommended choice, offering the perfect balance of price, quality, luxury, and durability. Super 160's adds a more luxurious touch while still maintaining excellent durability and lifespan — ideal for those who want refined elegance without compromising longevity. Super 200's is the pinnacle of luxury — extraordinarily soft and refined, though more delicate. Our consultants will guide you to the ideal choice for your lifestyle and needs.

Why Thread Count & Fabric Composition Matter

Thread count, weight, composition (100% wool, wool-silk blends, cashmere blends), and mill brand all influence the final price of your garment. A Super 200's Loro Piana fabric will cost more than a Super 100's because of its extraordinary refinement and the mill's reputation for excellence. During your consultation, our experts will explain each fabric's characteristics, help you understand the differences, and recommend the ideal choice for your needs, budget, and the garment's intended use.
